Silky Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (8 ounces) fresh strawberries
- 1/2 medium banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup (about 4 ounces) soft tofu
- 2 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 cup ice
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds (optional)
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender, and process until smooth. Share it with a sweetie and enjoy!
