Workout type: Challenge

Timer setting: Stopwatch

Repeat 4x:

10 Long jumps
10 Elevated push ups
5 Pistols / leg (the hardest version you can do!)
10 Burpee tuck jumps
50 Speed step ups
20 V up In/outs

Bonus: 20 Handstand push ups
