Goal Crusher Challenge Workout


Workout equipment: Pull up bar

Workout type: Challenge

Timer setting: Stopwatch

Complete 4 rounds, resting as little in between reps and sets as possible.

5 Burpee pull ups
10 Squat step overs
5 Push up up/downs
30 Jump lunges
30 Plank pike jumps
1 Hanging l-sit hold

Bonus: 3 rounds max Chin ups
