Complete 3 rounds, resting as little in between reps and sets as possible.

20 Kettlebell swings
10 Burpee tuck jumps
20 Side lunges
10 Push ups w/ double knee touch
5 Candlestick jump ups / leg
20 Pike jumps
10 Split leg v up combo
