Workout equipment: Pull up bar

Workout type: Challenge

Timer setting: Stopwatch

Complete 4 rounds, resting as little in between reps and sets as possible:

5 Pull ups
15 Squat jumps
10 Push ups
10 Candlestick jump ups
10 Split leg v up combo

Bonus: 20 Hanging leg raises
