Full Body Get it Done Kettlebell Workout


Workout equipment: Jump rope, Kettlebell

Workout type: Challenge

Timer setting: Stopwatch

Complete 3 rounds, resting as little as possible in between reps and sets:

50 Double unders OR 100 Single unders
20 Kettlebell front squats
20 Kettlebell swings
10 Shoulder touch push ups
100 High knees w/ jump rope
40 Bicycle Crunches
10 Superman raises
