Fierce Athlete HIIT Workout


Workout equipment:

Workout type: 12 minute

Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. Burpee pull ups
2. Pike push ups
3. High knees w/ jump rope
4. Side lunges
5. Squat step overs
6. Twisted hanging knee raises

Bonus: 3x Chin ups till failure
