12-Minute Power HIIT Workout


Workout equipment:

Workout type: 12 Minute

Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. Kettlebell high pull
2. Medicine ball slams
3. Kettlebell swings
4. Kettlebell front squats
5. Mountain climbers
6. Medicine ball twists

Bonus: 50 Medicine jackknives + 50 Split leg v ups w/ medicine ball
