Workout type: Challenge

Timer setting: Stopwatch

Complete 4 rounds, resting as little as possible in between reps and sets.

10 Squat jumps
5 Pull ups
15 Kettlebell swings
10 Push ups
5 Leg raises

Bonus: 3x Hollow body holds
