Workout equipment: Jump rope

Workout type: 12 Minute

Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. Double unders
2. Squat jump in/outs
3. Side lunges
4. Criss-cross hands w/ jump rope
5. Walking lunges
6. Push up plank jumps

Bonus: 2 Handstand wall walks
