Workout equipment: Kettlebell, Medicine ball

Workout type: 12 Minute

Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. Kettlebell high pull
2. Shoulder touch push ups
3. Lunge w/ rotational twist
4. Medicine ball slams
5. Burpees
6. Medicine ball sit up throws

Bonus: 10 Kettlebell windmills / side
