Workout equipment: Medicine ball

Workout type: 12 Minute

Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. Wall balls
2. Medicine ball slams
3. Lunge w/ rotational twist
4. Burpee medicine ball slams
5. Rotational wall slams
6. Medicine ball pike jumps

Bonus: 40 Medicine jackknives + 80 Medicine ball twists
