Workout equipment:

Workout type: 12 Minute

Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. Box jumps
2. Push up up/downs
3. Burpee step overs
4. Squat step ups
5. Candlestick jump ups
6. Elevated knee touches

Bonus: 30 Candlestick hip bridges / leg + 30 V ups
