240 Rep Outdoor Bodyweight Workout


Workout equipment:

Workout type: Challenge

Timer setting: Stopwatch

Complete 4 rounds, resting as little as possible in between reps and sets:

20 Squat jumps
10 Push ups w/ double knee touch
20 Side lunges
10 V up tuck combo

Bonus: Handstand practice
