Workout type: AMRAP

Timer setting: Countdown

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

15 Kettlebell swings
10 Push ups
15 Kettlebell front squats
50 High knees
10 Lunge w/ rotational twist
20 Plank hip dips

Bonus: 15 Kettlebell windmills / side
