Workout equipment: Medicine ball

Workout type: Challenge

Timer setting: Stopwatch

Complete 5 rounds, resting as little in between reps and sets as possible:

15 Wall balls
10 Burpees
15 Medicine ball slams
10 Medicine jackknives

Bonus: 30 Rotational wall slams / side
