Workout type: 12 Minute

Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. High knees
2. Squat step ups
3. Double unders OR Single unders
4. Push up up/downs
5. Single leg jump ups
6. Elevated knee touches

Bonus: 50 Pike Shoulder Touches
