Fitter Faster AMRAP Workout


Workout equipment:

Workout type: AMRAP

Timer setting: Countdown

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

10 Squat box jumps
10 Pike push ups
100 High knees w/ jump rope
5 Burpee tuck jumps
50 Speed step ups
10 V up tuck combo

Bonus: 3x max Pistols (the hardest version you can do!)
