Complete 3 rounds, resting as little as possible between reps and sets:

10 Candlestick jump ups
20 Walking lunges
10 Burpee step overs
10 Decline push ups w/ knee tap
10 Bulgarian split squats / leg
30 Plank pike jumps
30 Rocking plank

Bonus: Handstand practice
