Ingredients
1 pound lean ground chicken
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1 cup shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
2 green onions, chopped
1 head bibb lettuce leaves
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Directions
Brown ground chicken and ginger over medium-high heat until cooked through. Stir in hoisin sauce. Spoon chicken mixture onto lettuce leaves. Garnish with cabbage, green onions and peanuts.
