Workout equipment:

Workout type: 12 Minute

Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. Burpee pull ups
2. Squat step ups
3. Seven push up walks
4. Speed step ups
5. Jump lunges
6. Hanging leg raises

Bonus: 3x Pull ups till failure
