Explosive Medicine Ball AMRAP Workout


Workout equipment:

Workout type: AMRAP

Timer setting: Countdown

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

10 Wall balls
10 Medicine ball side to side slams
5 Candlestick Pistol Jumps / leg
10 Squat thrusts
10 Medicine ball twists

Bonus: 30 Medicine jackknives + 20 candlestick Candlestick hip bridges / leg
