Better Athlete Medicine Ball Workout


Workout equipment:

Workout type: 12 Minute

Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. Wall balls
2. Rotational wall slams
3. Burpee lateral jumps
4. Medicine ball slams
5. Plank pike jumps
6. Sit up wall throws

Bonus: 30 Medicine jackknives + 50 Medicine ball twists
