12-Minute Plyo AMRAP Workout


Workout equipment:

Workout type: AMRAP

Timer setting: Countdown timer

Repeat as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

50 Double unders (or 100 Single unders )
15 Wall balls
10 Burpee lateral jumps
20 Jump lunges
15 Medicine jackknives

Bonus: 100 Medicine ball twists
