Workout type: 16 minute

Timer setting: 24 x :10 x :30

1. Sandbag clean & presses
2.Step ups (optional: with sandbag)
3. Boxer push ups
4. Sandbag squats
5. Sandbag burpees
6. Plank pike jumps

Bonus: 50 V ups
