Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. Kettlebell swings
2. Squat step overs
3. Handstand shoulder touches
4. Kettlebell high pull
5. Bulgarian split squats
6. Split leg v up combo

Bonus: 5 Turkish get ups / side
