Workout type: 12 Minute

Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. Long jump squat combo
2. Push up in & outs
3. Line sprints
4. Walking lunges
5. Tuck jumps
6. Plank get ups

Bonus: 50 V up In/outs + 30 Superman raises
