Full Body Sandbag HIIT Workout


Workout equipment:

Workout type: 12 Minute

Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. Sandbag squats
2. Boxer push ups
3. Candlestick pistol jumps
4. Step ups (optional: w/ sandbag)
5. Sandbag burpees
6. Punching sit ups

Bonus: 50 Sandbag clean & presses
