Kettlebell Strong HIIT Workout


Workout equipment:

Workout type: 12 Minute

Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. Sandbag clean & presses
2. Kettlebell swings
3. Step ups (optional: with sandbag)
4. Kettlebell high pull
5. Sandbag squats
6. Hollow body rocks

Bonus: 5 Turkish get ups / side
